5 Years ago I started drinking EM brews (EM-Activated brews) to enhance my health. As stated before the EM micro-organisms make anti-oxidants, have regenerative properties and have an absolutely profound effect on their surroundings. These amazing creatures have the ability to built immunity everywhere they live, creating an environment free of diseases, full of health and full of micro-organisms striving for a good cause. They are the way to ideal (micro-) equilibrium. By drinking EM-Activated the micro-organisms will make sure the gut flora will be in perfect balance, just by suppressing harmful microbes and supporting the gut flora. Because of the anti-oxidants, vitamins and trace-elements the immune-system gets major boost.
In the past 5 years I’ve experimented with various ingredients and brewing lengths. Using the EM-brewing Bible “an advanced brewing guide of brewing EM fermented secondary product”, an e-book by Vinny Pinto. And I’d like to share a delicious recipe I brew frequently. Most of these ingredients are cheap and easy to get, at least here in the Netherlands. Click here to see the recipe. |

Activated EM measured at 52,000 Bovis!
Gezondheid/Drinken | Effective Micro-organisms (EM)

Just recently a friend told me he had his Activated EM measured by an expert whom measured life energies. He measured that Activated EM vibrates at 52.000 Bovis! Some of you might think......What is this Bovis scale? Well, thanks to a French researcher in the 1930's by the name of Antoine Bovis, we have a means to measure the "life force" or "Oneness" of objects (water, plants, rock formations, churches, just anything). Zero to 6,500 Bovis is a negative measurement, or life depleting. A Bovis meausurement of 6,500 is the normal human physical body energy, if there is no disease of any kind in the system. Any measurement higher than 6,500 is positive and life enhancing. And activated EM has been measured 52,000 Bovis! I drink it on a daily basis for about 5 years now and I can tell I haven't been sick in a very very long time. Read more about Bovis...

Thunder, lightning, storm and rain....lots of rain

I found a post which I was planning to post 2 year ago (dated 14/05/07). I loved to read it again so here it is: "Since the entire enviroment and surroundings here are agricultural in one way or another the weather plays a very important role here. Therefore I like to dedicate a small post to the extremes of weather found here in the Garden. Nowadays we are living in the peak summer, which lasts at least for one month. "Agni masam" or the "Month of fire", with temperatures rising up to 38 degrees Celcius it feels like living in a giant oven. The days consist of sweating, drinking lots of water and try to stay in the shade between 10am and 3pm. But we are happy to pronounce that we have had some rains lately. Yesterday for example we got 1 cm of rain, brought by an extreme storm of winds, lightning, thunder and lots of rain. These kind of rains start by showing themselves at the end of the horizon in a group of dark clouds. Slowly floating towards the Garden. Everybody sees the clouds and prays for good rain. The coming of rain is very auspicious, it stands for "Divine Grace". While the clouds enter the Garden you already hear the raindrops falling on the leaves at the other end of the Garden. The sound gradually increases and within seconds you are standing in a rain, which is nothing compared to any rain in the West. Within 3 seconds you are soaked. Nevertheless thes conditions bring everybody into a state of joy. ANd I must say that thunder and lightning in combination with rain and wind in the Garden is one of the most incredible experiences you can have. You are feeling Mother Nature at Her full Glory. It truly is a joyful occasion.
For people whom were wondering about my choice of picture at the left. Well...I am proud to present my first picture of thunder (actually it is a still form a movie I made of thunder ;) ). It has more of an UFO - War of the Worlds kind of vibe, but I think it's cool anyway :). |

Animals of the Garden - Bonnet Macaque (Macaca radiata)

Our 15 metres high bamboo fence is a protective house for many animals. At least once a week we walk along this fence as meditation with our two dogs at our sides. We know if we see them run towards something near the fence and a very distinct screaming sound is heard we have run across Garden’s family of “Bonnet Macaques”. The macaques seem to say: "get away you ugly dog....take a bite from your ugly boss." A group of 15 of these primates inhabits the Garden. Lately they are easily spotted at our mango area; trying to taste all the mango they can get their tiny hands upon, leaving a trail of half eaten fruits behind. In our research on them we stumbled upon some interesting facts. |

The 1st lime season of the year has come to an end. Although we still have quite a few fruits, peak season isover. To look at the effect of EM on lime we have compared the numbers of last year and the numbers of this year (January 1st upto April 24th). Looking at the comparison we found some amazing results! |

How to make Bokashi - EM - Experiences, Experiments, Extraordinary
Effective Micro-organisms (EM)

Bokashi, traditionally used as compost-inoculant and soil amendment in Japan where the word means “fermented organic matter’’. Bokashi is made by inoculating ricebran with micro-organisms (present in fertile mountain and forest soils or in our case EM - Motherculture) and keeping it in an oxygen-free environment to start fermentation.
In the Garden we are using Bokashi as compost-inoculant, soil amendment and animal food supplement.
Last week we have made a Bokashi for the dogs and cows here in the Garden. I took some pictures so we can easily start making a Bokashi! |

Garden animals in the picture! - The Indian Peafowl
Dieren | Animals
|

 |
To begin our collection of "Garden animals in the picture!" we appropriately start of with the national bird of India, the Indian Peafowl. Taking a stroll through the Garden will give us a high chance to meet up with this native Indian bird, which is well known for the beautifully coloured and impressing “tail” of the peacock (the male peafowl). Even when we are relaxing at our favourite spots in the Garden the peacock will make itself heard with its distinct mating call, which is like a very bad imitation of a cats “meow” sound. In North India it is said that the call is summoning the rain, as "me" comes from Sanskrit "megh" for "rain", and "aao" means "come". |

We are at the start of a whole new episode for the Garden, a
330 acre
farm located in the south of
India
. We cultivate mainly cashew and lime and in a small way coconut, mango and jackfruit. The farm will form the base of a peace and silence resort: "Mothers Peace Resort". The project is still young and just started her progress. |
